History: This is the oldest meet in the conference and at one time was the “A” Championship meet. This “All Star” meet showcases the best swimmers in the Lakeland Swim Conference. Meet Format: Each team will be assigned one lane for the entire meet. Lane assignments will be picked randomly at the Highland B championship or at the A qualifying time adjustment meeting. Each swimmer may swim one individual event and one relay. Medals are awarded for 1st , 2nd and 3rd place, and a trophy is given to the high point team. Each event consists of only 1 heat. There are no swim-ups. |
